Reporting to the Director of Legal Transactions Group, draft and negotiate contracts supporting advanced semiconductor fabrication across multiple sites, focusing on vendor/supplier and procurement agreements. Advises management on legal risks in transactional matters. Continuously improves legal operations, including workflows, forms, software systems, policies, and guidebooks. Builds cross‑functional relationships to solve problems affecting many stakeholders. Manages routine legal processes with paralegal staff—NDAs, task tracking, and reporting. Skills and Qualifications
JD degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience. Licensed to practice law in Texas. Detail oriented, good judgment, able to manage multiple complex priorities without significant supervision. Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology transactions is a plus. Experience as both an in‑house attorney and at a major law firm is a plus. Total Rewards
