What Our Financial Advisors Do
Act as the personal coach to our Nation’s military families, focusing on a financial plan that evolves to meet short‑term and long‑term goals.
Help military families manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, with support from the local district team and Home Office.
Partner with local military organizations, units, and other supporting institutions.
Coach military families on a comprehensive financial plan that includes:
Savings / banking
Investments / wealth management
Insurance / risk management
What We Offer
Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
Sponsorship of pursuit of full registration and licensing.
Preparation and testing for SIE, S6, S63, S65 and state Life & Health licenses.
Opportunity to join a paid training program with a local district office after licensing.
Salary structure: hourly wage for first 3 months (minimum wage), then transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remainder of the nine‑month paid training period.
What to Expect After Training
Opportunity to become an independent contractor Financial Advisor with First Command.
No cap on earning potential: compensation based on commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
