We are seeking a talented and experienced HVAC estimator to join our growing organization. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for providing detailed and accurate equipment estimates for HVAC mechanical projects and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self‑motivated, an adaptive learner, an excellent problem solver, and enjoys customer service. Must be a team player who also works well autonomously. Experience in Office 365 Suite is required, as is the ability to think outside of the box. This position will evolve over time, as our company continues to grow and expand its territory. Adaptability and openness to change are important. We are a stable, family‑owned HVAC manufacturer rep firm located in Carrollton, Texas that has been going strong since 1980. Hours are in‑office Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

$70,000-$80,000 Required Skills
Experience with O365: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint Ability to learn & master industry‑specific programs and software Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Superior organizational and time management skills Proficiency with cloud‑based filing systems Skilled at prioritizing and following through with minimal supervision Friendly and professional demeanor Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new roles and tasks Typical Duties
Analyze project plans and specifications Cross reference scheduled equipment to identify equivalent alternatives Evaluate and select suitable equipment for projects Provide equipment submittals to customers Provide basic technical support to customers for applied HVAC product lines Process orders & identify price discrepancies for customers Support outside sales teams with various requests Offer customer support to HVAC distributors Seniority level
