What You'll Do
Support User Acceptance Testing to help ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Assist with internal reviews to maintain compliance with established procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Work with internal teams to support issue reporting and clear communication.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in support or operations roles.
Familiarity with IT processes and testing.
Advanced level of English.
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL, dashboards, and KPIs.
