Your Role As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they entered the store. You are the face of our company and you’re proud to represent our values and brand.
Responsibilities
Your People‑First Selling
– Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for.
Product Champion
– Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
Brand Loyalty
– Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flexibility
– Function across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Problem Solver
– Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Team Player
– Always willing to assist teammates in getting the job done.
Integrity
– Do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

You have retail experience.
