Experience supervising a team with motivation to grow within the organization
Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
Passion for coaching and development.
Implements structure, policies, and procedures.
Customer Service oriented.
Experience in effective sales.
Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations, goals, and hold employees accountable.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organizer with strong project management skills.
Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.
Excel at training and motivating teams.
MindBody Software experience a plus; comfortable with Google Docs and Excel.
Experience with massage and esthetics a plus.
