Spieldenner Financial Group is looking for our next business partner to help us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others through protection of families, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
Research: 4-5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provided to customize options to meet their financial needs in the case of a death or disability.
Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients either virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We protect our clients: We partner with top-rated insurance companies to customize a plan that protects their largest asset: the ability to make an income.

Requirements
Entry-level is accepted.
Coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset.
Passion for people is a must.
Compensation
Commission-only based sales position. Average commission ≈ $600 per family.
Expectation: full-time agent will sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week.
Additional premium financial products available; extensive training provided.
Uncapped commission and competitive bonus structure; incentive trips may be earned based on results.
