Licensed Branch Customer Service and Sales Representative – Littleton, CO

The Licensed Customer Service Representative role provides a foundation for long‑term growth, with pathways to other ACG positions such as field insurance sales agent, travel agent, call center roles, automotive services, claims, underwriting, and more.
Day in the Life
Provide high‑level support to members, servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments; sell travel, tours, airline tickets and membership products.
Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
Handle cashiering services: take payments, process remittances, balance cash drawer.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer to an agent when appropriate.
Support travel and insurance agents during peak periods.
Assist with sales processing and train less‑senior personnel.
Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
Work in a team, promote customer satisfaction, and follow the customer‑service model.
Resolve member complaints with management assistance when needed.
Support office events that generate revenue and improve member product awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: $23.00 with incentives and annual bonus potential.

Required Qualifications
Active State Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of start.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer‑focused service, processing insurance applications, taking payments, and responding to billing questions.
Promotion of insurance and travel products, outbound promotional calls.
Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, web‑based operations).
Knowledge of insurance and travel terminology, regulations, underwriting procedures, regulatory compliance, and related systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mathematical calculation skills for monetary transactions.
Team‑work orientation.
Ability to work irregular hours, including holidays, weekends, and community events.
Ability to perform under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Work Environment In‑office position located at a branch facility. You will serve AAA members in person.
