Lead Behavior Therapist / RBT - $22/hr

Join the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) as a Lead Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Technician.

Role Overview Lead Behavior Therapists are integral to SARRC, connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). They provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver ABA services to individuals with ASD.

Implement and supervise treatment plans in collaboration with peers.

Collect and analyze data using technology and software applications.

Provide clinical administrative support and monitor client progress.

Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members.

Experience & Education Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician certification required.

Bachelor’s Degree in education, sociology, special education, or psychology strongly preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

1–3 years of RBT experience working with individuals with ASD.

Registration within 30 days of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary at $22/hr.

Additional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements.

Full‑time, 40‑hour work week.

Equal pay for all billable and non‑billable hours.

Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Up to 16 days PTO per year plus 8 paid holidays.

Transportation Staff must have reliable transportation to clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
