Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they are looking for.
Educate guests on product details and suggest suitable products.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist your team and promote teamwork.
Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong people skills and a passion for interaction.
Energetic and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Love of AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.
Minimum age 16 years.
