Job Description AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to live the Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, store management supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.
As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, foster a high‑performing team, and ensure an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow structured store procedures and manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
Enforce safety and compliance standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
Qualifications
Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Full‑time flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Additional Skills

ASE Certification.
