Overview Are you a proven education professional who is passionate about helping families achieve academic success, but looking for a flexible, part‑time opportunity? Nerdy is seeking fully‑remote, experienced Educational Sales Representatives who combine educational expertise with consultative sales skills to guide families toward personalized learning solutions.
This part‑time position (approximately 20-25 hours per week) is ideal for educators or education professionals who thrive on meaningful conversations with families and prefer working evenings and weekends, when most parents and students are available.
Responsibilities
Conducting meaningful needs assessment conversations with families.
Applying your educational, teaching, or training experience to recommend personalized learning solutions for each prospective client/student.
Building trust through consultative conversations.
Demonstrating subject‑matter expertise in educational products and services.
Location Fully Remote Position
Upcoming Start Dates / Training Target start date of February 2nd, 2026. Initial weeks of training will be Monday through Friday 3–9 pm Central Time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years teaching, training, or educational sales experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in metrics‑driven environments.
Ability to work a part‑time schedule that will include mostly evenings and weekends with a schedule of Sunday – Thursday 4 pm – 9 pm Central Time.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Stable, distraction‑free remote work environment.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
