Day in the Life
Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle.
Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone.
Ensure all of our clients have an amazing experience.
Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Celebrate when the team does well.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $40,000 per year.
Commission plan on top of the base salary.
We pay for YNAB membership and reimburse $50 per month for mental‑health benefits (therapy, gym membership, etc.).
Compensation plan is the most competitive in the state.
Training & Development
No prior insurance or sales experience required.
Full onboarding with top‑notch product and sales training.
All leads provided – no need to find or purchase leads.
