Job Description Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
Communicate effectively in English and Spanish (multilingual or bilingual skills preferred)
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Shift: 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday
