Job Description We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Louisville, United States location. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with a positive attitude.

Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently

Identify and escape complex issues to appropriate departments

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated on company policies, products, and services

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team goals

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions

Previous customer service experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Strong team player with a positive attitude
