Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every customer who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our products, values, and the authentic brand experience that defines us.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need while maintaining a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fittings that meet their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
Flex confidently between the Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns, maintaining a positive experience while adhering to company policy.
Support teammates by helping with tasks and driving a collaborative team environment.
Conduct yourself with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for interacting with people.
Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products.
Experience in retail preferred.
Minimum age 16 years.
