Base Pay Range $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Position Summary

Responsible for specific administrative duties for Administration & Sales/Marketing as well as support for the Sales & Customer Service Departments.

Primary Responsibilities

Enter purchase orders into the Visual Manufacturing System and route applicable information accordingly; manage orders from entry to database maintenance and filing.

Communicate with customers on order status, confirming order details and sending customer quotes.

Work with the production department and Purchasing to obtain suitable delivery dates; update and maintain delivery dates based on changes and communicate to customer.

Establish and maintain product knowledge and clearly explain features and benefits.

Handle incoming customer telephone orders and questions, providing answers and information and closing potential sales opportunities.

Perform daily administrative tasks within the department.

Invoicing for all product lines, including creating and distributing invoices for shipments and completing any customer‑required paperwork or notifications pertaining to shipments (e.g., Aeroxchange, InvoiceWorks, Aerovantix, Exostar).

Education, Experience, and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 2 years of previous experience in customer service. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement.

Experience in the manufacturing industry (required) and aerospace industry (preferred).

Process Improvement experience (required).

Microsoft® Office Suite experience (required).

Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills (required).
