team. In this role, you will help ensure that every client interaction—from initial inquiry and quoting through project completion—reflects the high-touch, responsive experience that sets Altis apart. You will coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, track key milestones, and maintain consistent communication to keep clients informed and engaged. You will also support the development of intentional client touchpoints that strengthen relationships and encourage future project discussions. This is not a quota-carrying sales role and does not own final project execution. Instead, you will ensure that quoting, proposal development, client communication, and project coordination operate with speed, clarity, and consistency across teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy. It will require on-site presence for at least the first six months. After that period, there may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (three days on-site, two days remote), depending on business needs and performance. Responsibilities

Attend project development meetings with BD and Client Services Team (CST) to capture client needs and requirements. Track milestones and manage timelines to ensure timely proposal development and delivery. Coordinate proposal review meetings with clients and Altis internal teams to drive closure and approval. Maintain clear, organized documentation of client inputs, decisions, and outstanding items. Project Execution Support

Advocate for the client’s needs throughout project execution. Monitor project progress, deadlines, and potential friction points; help surface solutions that maintain client confidence. Ensure timely communication of schedule changes, issues, or re-run needs between Altis internal teams and clients. Assist in scheduling final project review meetings, including agenda preparation and topic organization. Maintain a strong, transparent presence with clients through timely updates and check-ins. Help identify optimal touchpoints for discussing future projects and expanding relationships. Support BD in preparing materials or documentation that enhance client conversations. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes in QuickBooks, including pricing, shipping options, and required vendor documentation. Maintain up to date internal project and client databases to ensure visibility into project pipeline and revenue forecasting. Maintain and update standard pricing lists. Conference & Event Support

Assist in planning and coordinating client events and webinars. Track deadlines, deliverables, and budgets for trade shows. Ensure timely shipment of materials and equipment to event locations. Required Qualifications

BS/BA with minimum of 2 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience. Excellent communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and representing the client’s perspective. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and able to manage timelines while holding teams accountable. Thrives in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments with multiple competing priorities. Driven to create smooth, supportive, relationship-oriented client experiences. Prior experience in client-facing, services-based roles involving client coordination, project support, or operational execution.
