What You Will Do
Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
Function as a liaison between staff and families, ensuring paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and renewals.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurance companies to ensure optimum services.
Offer administrative support to team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
What You Will Bring To The Team
Ability to create good rapport with new and existing clients and to gather data efficiently and effectively.
Familiarity with health insurance, the authorization process, and working with insurance portals.
Prior experience working as an ABA Intake Specialist is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Comfortable with extensive work on the phone.

Working Conditions Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds, considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting service requirements. Hours of work: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; this position must be performed on a full‑time basis as an essential function.
Compensation $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
