Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Parts Sales & Customer Service role located in Lafayette, LA. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing sales transactions, maintaining inventory control, and providing exceptional service to support the equipment needs of clients. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively handle customer requests and contribute to the smooth operation of the parts department.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive client experience
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively
Sales proficiency, with an ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Experience in Inventory Control to manage stock levels efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Familiarity with underground construction equipment is a plus
Previous experience with CDK Dealership Management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales, customer service, or a related field are beneficial
