Virtual Bilingual (Spanish) Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist
Under moderate supervision, the Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) is responsible for providing outbound marketing, education, and inbound customer support in a virtual pharmaceutical environment. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel. The VSS implements the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations and planning consistent territory coverage, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Execute client‑directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions to deliver effective sales presentations.
Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient coverage of assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.
Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials.
Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree minimum required.
1+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, B2B, or related).
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Strong sales, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong account management and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
