Client Development Executive (CDE) - Paragon / Remote U.S.
Join Altera Digital Health as a Client Development Executive (CDE) to drive new business growth and manage existing client relationships. Altera delivers health IT solutions that support caregivers worldwide, including Sunrise, Paragon, Altera TouchWorks, and more. We are seeking a driven and experienced CDE to prospect, research, and qualify high-value opportunities, and diligently manage multiple deals and guide C-suite executives on optimizing hospital operations with our solutions. Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth: prospect, research, and qualify net-new Paragon opportunities, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Manage and Grow Your Pipeline: proactively manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and progression. Serve as a Trusted Advisor: develop a deep understanding of your clients' hospital operations and challenges to provide strategic guidance to C-suite executives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience. 10+ years of experience in healthcare IT sales, with a proven track record of success in net-new sales. Strong knowledge of the healthcare IT industry, specifically hospitals or large physician practice groups. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Travel requirement: 70% overnight travel. Remote U.S.-based role, with a base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 plus an uncapped commission.
