Responsibilities Parking Compliance

Maintain the University Parking Software T2 system

Manage the Parking Services phone/email account and communicate promptly with visitors, faculty, staff, and students

Process day‑to‑day parking permit purchases and deposits

Reconcile monthly 3rd‑party billing, lot rent, and the “Reserved Parking” program

Maintain accurate payroll deduction records for all university employees

Design, update, and maintain all parking forms; distribute parking regulations as required

Develop the parking permit design and order process

Determine appropriate permit and citation quantity requirements (style, number, etc.) and maintain appropriate stock

Work with the University Police Department and Enforcement daily on violation citations, fines, appeals, tow lists, and other parking/lot management activities

Assist the Enforcement Team with formatting and verbiage for citations and payment envelopes

Identify potential problems/issues related to parking on campus, propose resolutions, and communicate with T2 as needed

Accounts Receivable & Cashier Support

Backup/assist the University Cashier with daily tasks as needed

Process cash, check, and credit card payments; process deposits

Reconcile cashier sessions, Banner Student Accounts, and miscellaneous transactions

Maintain PCI DSS Compliance training and manage the university credit card loaner terminal and related training

Assist with accounts receivable delinquency holds and repayment processes

Other Business Services Duties

Knowledge of Business Services policy & procedures

Knowledge of Quikpay eCommerce (non‑AR payments) process and procedures

Cross‑Campus working relationships

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Reliable and dependable, follows through on tasks, maintains a professional manner

Excellent written communication: informative, edited for spelling/grammar, adaptable style, effective presentation of numerical data, and clear interpretation of written information

Excellent teamwork and ability to cross‑train

Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Two years of accounting/clerical experience

Knowledge of basic office procedures

Ability to understand and apply policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated quality customer service

Cashiering experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience

University experience preferred

Banner experience preferred

Accounts payable experience preferred
