Grafana Labs is looking for an
Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition
who will prospect and close new business in the
North East
region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with new customers, manage forecasts and customer data, and apply a consultative sales approach to learn customer needs before presenting our products. You will articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, guide the customer through the trial, and hand off a strong relationship to the Customer Success team. What You’ll Be Doing: Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals Outbound prospecting into net-new customers Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations) Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads Understand and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise Maintain an active sales pipeline in Salesforce Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests What Makes You a Great Fit: 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales Historically consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment (top 10% performer) Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies Familiarity with open source technology is advantageous Excellent communicator across all channels and able to build strong relationships in person and virtually Bonus Points For: Experience using Salesforce Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC Compensation & Rewards: OTE in the USA is $270,000 – $300,000. Actual compensation varies by level, experience, and skills as assessed during interviews. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). RSUs align incentives as Grafana Labs scales globally.
