Base pay range
$49,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC, is seeking a Senior Survey CADD Technician to support our diverse project team in Plymouth, MN on a variety of local, State and Federal projects throughout the United States. In addition to survey projects, this role involves working on cross-disciplinary project teams including civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, structural engineering, environmental and landscape architecture. This is an office position but occasional assistance in the field may be required. A large portion of the work we do at Anderson Engineering involves a diverse portfolio of project types to meet the needs of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Support the survey team by producing certificates of survey, as-built documents, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, final plat documents and field computations for survey field crews Perform first-level QA/QC checks for completeness Requirements
3+ years of related drafting experience Proficient in Civil3D/AutoCAD Must be self-motivated with good communication skills Ability to work independently as well as with a team High attention to detail and follow through Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and application of surveying Proficient in Microsoft office suite Understand field-to-finish workflow Knowledge of National CAD Standards Experience with boundaries, deeds, legal descriptions, right-of-way and easements Experience in ORD, MNDOT specifications, Bentley products, and/or REVIT Experience in 3D modeling, point cloud and/or BIM CADD drafting certification from a technical school or accredited college/university Benefits
