Dining Room Supervisor Location:
Westfield, Massachusetts
Available Shifts Full Time: varying schedule including 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM shifts with every other weekend rotation.
Pay & Benefits Rates start at $18 per hour.

What Our Dining Room Supervisors Do
Provide leadership and supervision for front‑of‑house staff in the dining room.
Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room.
Serve as a server when the need arises.
Cook and prep cook hours and training can be provided for those looking for more opportunities.
Requirements
Food Safety certification, preferred.
Physical requirements: lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture.
Communication: ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Leadership: one year of experience supervising or training staff.
Punctuality & reliability – our residents rely on us to assist them with daily living activities and we expect associates to deliver on this promise.
