Salesforce Health Cloud Developer + Lead Developer

Seeking a Lead Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to lead and support the customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce-based healthcare systems. This role blends technical development with UI/workflow design and system integration across critical health data platforms, within a government-cleared environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage multiple data interfaces
Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to improve user workflows and system efficiency
Support vendor software installations, upgrades, and patches; conduct system compatibility testing
Lead a small team to bring software development in-house
Monitor workflows, resolve technical issues, and escalate risks appropriately
Participate in agile sprints using Jira and DevOps CI/CD toolsets
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance (Interim & Final)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical field
3+ years of general application development experience 2+ years hands‑on with Salesforce Health Cloud required
Salesforce Platform App Builder & Platform Developer I Certifications
Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Background in healthcare systems or government contracting
