Kansas City, Missouri, United States Key Responsibilities

Assist the DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers and penetrate new accounts. Support sales objectives, cover geographic territory, and maintain/manage surgeon and account relationships. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge, demonstrations, and proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products. Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability, optimize trays, and provide operating room and sterile processing consultation. Provide technical assistance, manage hospital billing, and process purchase orders. Share key customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve solutions and service levels. Maintain and deploy equipment and assets, keeping promotional materials presentable and ensuring highest quality standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, differentiating DPS products by providing unique value propositions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or associate degree/medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience. Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience, or recent transition from active military duty. A valid U.S. driver’s license. Willingness to travel, including weekends and overnight stays. Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and business acumen skills. Efficiency, organization, self‑motivation, positivity, and pro‑activity. Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred. Required Skills

Experience in orthopaedics and related specialty markets. Knowledge of joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, spinal surgery, and sports medicine.
