Position Responsibilities: Process customer orders, recommend products, and handle account inquiries using advanced technology. Become a product and solutions expert to answer questions confidently about products, pricing, and shipping. Build business relationships through phone, email, and chat communication. Understand customer needs and suggest the best Uline solutions. Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering process. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
