Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
Manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Overview Collaborative, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role with a 4‑day workweek, no nights or weekends, and opportunities for monthly/quarterly performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision‑makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
Minimum 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Physical ability to meet job demands.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Offer
Comprehensive 10‑week training program.
Starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route.
Solid base salary with commission potential upon route assignment.
Majority of work in a 4‑day workweek.
Majority of work no nights or weekends.
