Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)
We are looking for a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. Our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products along an established route. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, based on base salary and earned commissions. This disclosure does not include geographic differentials and is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top end of the range.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
Minimum age 21.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or military service.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork drive.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
