Our US-based division designs, manufactures, and manages products for bus-based public transit systems, including driver interfaces, dispatch communications, passenger counters, next stop announcements, GPS tracking, and data analytics. We build real-time information systems for riders (apps and digital signage) and work with platforms like Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Transit App. Our product is like air traffic control for buses and serves millions of riders each month in over 100 US cities. You’ll focus on supporting the sales team through: Planning and executing our presence at industry events Researching prospective customers to confirm they are a good fit Developing proposal content and assisting with the pursuit of specific opportunities Developing tools and systems that help make all salespeople more effective After mastering the above, this role may grow to managing your own accounts and sales opportunities directly. You should be curious, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications
Not required but preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred; we will consider all candidates Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is not required, but strong communication, genuine client care, and strategic thinking are valuable; training is available Prior industry experience is not required; a strong aptitude for technology is important, and we can teach how our widgets work and how the public transit system operates Note: The industry takes time to learn, but there is real potential to make a difference and earn a good living. Sales compensation is closely tied to company performance. Pay and Benefits
