This position is located at our office in Austin, TX in a hybrid work environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver core set of Google Workspace instructor-led training sessions based on established agendas Schedule training sessions and communicate join/registration info to customers Update training schedules maintained in project workbooks Deliver onsite instructor-led training and walkaround support for go-lives as needed Lead the change management workstream for small and medium sized projects including training delivery and communications Update all change management related tabs in project workbooks Create and update training assets as needed (i.e. training agendas, user guides, communications) Help create, deliver and maintain internal training and onboarding assets in support of the Wursta Operations Team
Required Skills:
1+ or more years of experience delivering training in a professional setting 2+ years of experience in change management Strong written communication skills

This is your chance to show off your skills and experience and learn more about the company's vision. Get a decision: We'll get back to you within the week to let you know what's next.
