(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor – Sam's Club
Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr Position Summary
You will be a key member of the Tire and Battery Center team, fulfilling customer service and sales requests, educating associates, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will also serve as a techie, leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve service experience. What You'll Do
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems. Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, and operate cash registers. Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, report safety hazards, complete paperwork logs and other required documentation. Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues and concerns, and ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per company policies. Advocate for the brand by modeling high quality service and products, and inspire others with a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and apply the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, and communicating progress. Promote a workplace of belonging, embracing differences, fostering inclusion, and helping associates thrive. Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, and hold oneself and others accountable.
