are seeking an experienced Vice President of Growth and Innovation to join our team.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the development, launch, and management of new digital products and business lines.
Direct the strategy and roadmap for go-to-market initiatives and customer growth programs.
Oversee product lifecycle management, including business analysis, user engagement metrics, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, data, marketing, operations, sales) to deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Supervise staff involved in product strategy, business intelligence, and growth initiatives; develop team capabilities through mentoring and performance planning.
Analyze internal data and market research to guide business development and expansion efforts.
Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders to communicate innovation strategies and outcomes.
Represent the company in strategic partnerships, client negotiations, and industry events.
Travel regularly (approximately 60–70% of the time) to major U.S. cities for meetings, presentations, and client relationship management.

Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
Experience
36 months in Product Management, Business Development, or Strategic Leadership Role.
