Full-Time Are you a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in San Antonio? We want you to join our team! We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care to our patients in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, youll work directly with patients to assess, treat, and manage a variety of respiratory conditions, helping improve their overall health and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with respiratory disorders, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation support. Assess patient respiratory status through physical examinations, lab reports, and diagnostic tests. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patients progress and make adjustments to treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about respiratory health, self-care techniques, and treatment plans. Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of respiratory equipment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Provide emergency respiratory support when necessary, including CPR and advanced life‑saving techniques. Qualifications:

Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license

in Texas. Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program. National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification preferred. Proven experience in respiratory therapy, including knowledge of respiratory care techniques, equipment, and clinical procedures. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure. Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with excellent communication skills. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required. Why Join Us?
