Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Sales Commission Included!

Cape Coral, FL Pay Rate:
$16/hour + Commission
Are you a highly organized, bilingual professional with a passion for customer service and sales? Join our team in Cape Coral as a full‑time Customer Service Representative! You will be the front line, assisting customers, managing sales administration, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Commission:
2% commission
on any furniture sales.
15% commission
for warranty sales.
Schedule:
Full‑time, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with two flexible days off per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Professionally answer phones and assist customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Sales Administration:
Complete
finance applications
accurately and efficiently for customers.
Data Management:
Handle all necessary data entry for customer invoices and track furniture shipments.
Logistics Coordination:
Route and coordinate store deliveries, ensuring timely and organized fulfillment.
Office Support:
Maintain organized records and perform general office management tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Language:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Bilingual Required).
Experience:
Prior experience in
sales or office management
is required.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
Technical:
Comfortable using technology and proficient in performing accurate data entry.
