Data Entry Clerk
Responsibilities
Process incoming returned mail by sorting, opening, and reviewing documents and customer information in the Jack Henry Xperience system.
Determine whether to flag accounts for bad addresses.
Send customer template letters and Change of Address (COA) forms when USPS provides updated information.
Re-mail documents if the address has been updated since the original mailing.
Document customer numbers and dates, then scan for archival in the department drive.
Handle 50‑150 pieces of mail daily.
Update addresses in the system accurately.
Utilize Word, Excel, and Jack Henry Xperience.
Operate the Konica MFD for scanning and archiving.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with Jack Henry Xperience preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Work Environment Fully onsite, 5 days a week. Potential for extension based on workload.
Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Aurora, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
