Will be verifying major Medical & Pharmacy benefits.
Communicating with Patients, Pharmacy, Doctors, and Rep.
Researches and resolves any electronic claim denials.
Process claims.
Post payments.
Collections.
Qualifications
General knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong negotiating skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
General knowledge of accounting principles, pharmacy operations, and medical claims.
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
