Options to start training immediately at another location or delay training to begin training mid February at the Maple Grove location. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. Closed holidays. Closed Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends. Work directly with a Culver's owner. We have a family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, will work the line with you and we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Competitive pay. We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability and accountability.
