3V Expansions is hiring an Account Manager Trainee to represent Frontier. This position combines territory coordination with a deep focus on Frontier Fiber and 5G wireless hardware. As a key member of our marketing firm in Temecula, the Account Manager Trainee will monitor account quality and assist residents in upgrading to the most advanced connectivity solutions available today, utilizing a clear and structured approach.
As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll master the dual-threat strategy of Frontier’s 5G mobility and high-speed fiber. The Account Manager Trainee will be overseeing territory coordination and account quality in Temecula, ensuring our teams effectively communicate the benefits of symmetrical bandwidth.
Role Requirements for an Account Manager Trainee
Assist with Frontier Fiber enrollments, smartphone plans, and wireless device upgrades, ensuring service agreements are processed accurately.
Shadow senior leadership to gain practical knowledge of territory management, deployment planning, and regional market expansion strategies.
Build product expertise by supporting sales teams with clear insights into Frontier Fiber’s symmetrical speeds, smartphone solutions, and wireless reliability.
Participate in new‑hire onboarding, reinforcing Frontier compliance standards, residential data security, and hardware specifications under guidance.
Help resolve customer account inquiries, offering structured solutions for Fiber installations, device compatibility, and service transitions.
Use Frontier data and sales platforms to document customer activity, track sales metrics, and prepare reports that support sales improvements.
