Property Maintenance Position

This position supports a small, well-kept building with one pool and private beach access. Position Details: Part-time or Full-time: 20–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday Flexible schedule; highly experienced candidates may work fewer hours and choose flexible timing (including late afternoons, if desired) Start Date: January/February 2026 Pay: $25–$30 per hour, DOE Bonus incentives available for larger projects Vacation and PTO available after 60 days Casual dress; no uniform required Maintenance office with all tools and equipment provided Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Vero Beach.
