Overview
Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides agents with a high-volume lead system. We currently offer 20+ incoming leads each week across residential, commercial, and related opportunities, with coverage in the NYC area and parts of New York State. We are hiring agents who want to grow with a sustainable lead system and stay with the company long term. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the brokerage to convert at least 20+ incoming leads per week into active opportunities. Engage with leads from multiple sources and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Work within a small team environment that emphasizes consistency and long-term retention. Qualifications
New York Real Estate License is strictly required. Compensation & Benefits
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $18,000 per calendar year; 100% split after cap is reached for the calendar year. After 3 years, agents keep 100% of their own leads after a $5,000 annual cap. 50/50 split on company-provided leads. 100% commission on personal real estate transactions.
