Loss Prevention Agent – full time in‑store at Hobby Lobby.

Responsibilities
Complete incident reports
Review camera footage
Apprehend shoplifters
Review BOLOs
Handle stressful, unpredictable, potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
At least one year of undercover floor‑walking loss prevention experience
Ability to travel to multiple stores
Strong communication skills
Motor vehicle record check
Background check
Ability to stand/walk 100% of work hours
