Apheresis Telerecruitment Representative

Recruit blood donors by phone, schedule appointments, coordinate reminders and maintain records to increase donor numbers and meet collection goals.
Key Responsibilities
Contact current apheresis and/or whole blood donors to recruit for donation, following process and script, and escalating difficult calls to senior colleagues.
Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled each day.
Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour.
Develop working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates.
Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations and ensure sufficient donor availability.
Provide support, guided by senior colleagues, to help fixed site recruitment manager develop new leads and implement new donor recruitment programs to increase donor base and blood supply.
Pay and Schedule Starting rate $16.00-16.50 per hour (higher for higher cost of living areas).
Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Thursday/Friday 10:00AM-7:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM-3:00PM Eastern Time.
Training Must be able to work flexible schedule for first 4-6 weeks of training.
What You Need To Succeed Education:
High School or equivalent required.
Experience:
1 year related experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Teamwork, computer experience, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills; verbal communication; work with difficult customers in fast-paced environment required.
