Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Therapist, located in Oshkosh, WI.
Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Conduct assessments and develop teaching strategies.
Train and supervise therapy teams.
Collaborate with families to ensure progress and success.
Monitor and analyze therapy effectiveness.
Document progress reports.
Maintain a positive and engaging environment for children to help them achieve developmental milestones.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), therapy design, and delivering evidence-based treatment methods.
Experience with child development, individualized learning strategies, and working directly with children with Autism.
Proficiency in training, supervising teams, and collaborating with families.
Excellent communication skills, genuine compassion, and ability to build positive relationships with children and their caregivers.
