Inside Sales Support and Admin Coordinator – Part Time This is a part‑time remote contract role. The selected candidate will work three days in the showroom and two days remote (four hours each day) to support the sales team, manage customer communications, invoicing, and provide administrative assistance. The position is ideal for a family‑oriented individual with a predictable schedule who lives close to Downers Grove, Illinois.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Experience in sales and invoicing, with the ability to manage and support sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Proficiency in administrative assistance, including organization, scheduling, and documentation management.

Attention to detail, time‑management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Excellent track record for punctuality and consistency.

Familiarity with musical instruments, especially clarinets, is a plus but not required.

Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technology for remote work and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation Hourly rate of $22–$25, paid weekly.
