What You'll Do

Managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions

Delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service to clients

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Partnering with carriers to resolve issues and secure the best outcomes

Staying current on industry trends and insurance products

Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred; support in obtaining if needed)

Minimum 2 years of personal lines customer service or related experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service
