Full‑time, on‑site position located in Ashland, VA. The ECommerce Sales Specialist will manage customer interactions, assist with inquiries, and actively promote TSRC’s eCommerce offerings. Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships. Execute sales strategies. Provide training and support for customers using TSRC’s eCommerce platform. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the online shopping experience. Improve client satisfaction and drive customer engagement. Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in sales and sales management with a proven track record of achieving targets. Training experience guiding clients in using eCommerce platforms. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams. Self‑motivated proactive approach to sales with on‑site availability in Ashland, VA. Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and basic digital tools (plus). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required. Additional Details
