Licensed Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service professionals are responsible for delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction. Responsibilities include answering customer questions, processing payments and policy changes, performing policy reviews, and identifying additional customer needs. Job Requirements: Must have Texas General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance license. 1+ years of insurance customer service experience preferred. Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up. Exceed client expectations through excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial. Experience with Allstate and binding authority is advantageous. Job Responsibilities: Perform daily policy service transactions. Promptly answer customer calls, emails, and texts in a friendly manner. Use each contact as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell insurance and financial products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
